A favorite NYC stay is easily the Bowery Hotel
The location (2 blocks from East Village), the DECOR, the friendly teddy bear waiting in your suite – I love everything about this place. The moment you walk in you’ll notice the greenery, the dark lighting, the velvet details and rich colors. This hotel is so. effortlessly. cool. as are many of it’s regular patrons.
Stay a while…
The suites are all beautifully styled with their signature red and white bedding. Options range from the Bowery Queen suite (250 square feet) to the Penthouse Terrace Suite (650 square feet). Pricing starts around $570 per night, but honestly, the atmosphere really transports you to another time in NYC history and is so worth the splurge. The ground floor also boasts Gemma restaurant, an Italian Trattoria with rave reviews.
